Kathleen Kramer

Director

Kathleen Kramer is a Speech Language Pathologist with the San Diego Unified School District. Previously, she was an adjunct faculty member at San Diego State University and at Grossmont College. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a Master of Arts degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Florida at Gainesville and did post graduate work in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas at Denton. Kathleen serves on the Advisory Council for the Fleet Science Center, is a Past President of the Junior League of San Diego, and serves on the Advisory Committee of Advocates for Classical Music. As part of the UC Davis Parent and Family Council, she has worked with UC Davis administrators and parents to advance the mission of the university. Having watched field trip experiences have powerful and positive effects on the lives of her own children, Kathleen is passionate about the mission of ArtsBusXpress. She is excited about helping to get children out into their communities, where they can encounter Arts and Science experiences, connect with mentors, learn about STEAM careers and broaden their overall worldview.
